And So It Begins
I have finally started to feel the complete panic that school usually brings when you realize you have an insane amount of work to do in just a short little time. Ahhhh shear panic. Which is what I had a fun run into with this last weekend. Another American girl in my history class started freaking out that our essay was due this Monday and not next Monday, which in turn started freaking me out. Since I was the one with computer access at the time I agreed to send our professor an email about. He finally wrote back today and thankfully the due date is in a week, not today. Phew! But he didn’t sound too happy with his “I’m happy to see that you are thinking about this at 8 pm on a Saturday.” Opps! So we shall see if he makes fun of me in front of the rest of the class. My bet? He does. Oh well- I’d rather be openly mocked then miss the due date of a paper. But talking about missing things, I did miss a class this morning. It was one of the make-up classes for my human bones class, but not to fear- the professor is doing the same class tomorrow for people who couldn’t make it to that one. Tomorrow- how to sex a skeleton! Oooo! : P I’ve know how to do this to an extent, but apparently she is going to go more in depth. The other session of Human Bones I did get to go today. As always, I had great fun in the class. I mean how cool is it to learn something so random? Hehehe. Plus the people at my table are fun and hysterical to have class with. One of our tasks today was to take all the bones and lay them out in anatomical position. It was interesting though cause the box of bones had a few extras in it, including finer bones. So come on… how could I pass up the joke of “giving someone the finger”. Although amazingly I did, seeing as how they don’t have the same way of “flipping” someone off here. So for today’s did ya know- Did ya know that they show that “sentiment” by doing a peace sign but with the palm of their hand facing themselves, not out? Which…darn… ok… I don’t care if you guys aren’t Buffy freaks like me, I just have to share this… So for the credits of one of the seasons of Buffy, they show different clips of Spike (British- course you all knew that) and one of the clips shows him doing that to Xander. You know I saw that over and over again and never figured out what he was doing? LOL!!!! So it just kinda hit me last night and I just had to laugh- they put that on T.V? Before every episode? Hahahaha! Too great! Anyhoo- Hmm what else did I do today? Well I signed up for the trip to Ireland today. Yay! Tis exciting isn’t it? Yep, I was plenty giddy about it. For the rest of the day I just read for my paper. Blah! So much reading! Hehehe- ok I’m gonna stop whining. Oooo but I was also pretty ecstatic today because I got letters “from” my nieces. Maya’s message of scribbles was quite touching and Kaity had Stephanie write me a short little note. Oh course I almost balled my eyes out! Those two are way too cute for their own good! Ok, that’s it for tonight. Hope everyone is doing well back in the big CO!!

Letters from kids are so sweet:)
School is picking up here in CO too. Luckily I have been keeping up but if I get sick or if Evie gets sick (which would be much worse) I think I'd be screwed.
Take lots of pics wen you go to Ireland. I hear it's absolutely gorgeous!!!
